Frank Greenleaf was born in Griffin, Georgia and received an Bachelors degree from Michigan State University and Masters degrees in languages and economics from the University of North Carolina.  He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1973 Phi Beta Kappa and earned the Order of the Coif distinction.  After receiving his J.D., Mr. Greenleaf clerked for United States District Judge James H. Hancock in the Northern District of Alabama. He joined the firm in 1976 and has focused his practice on surety and fidelity litigation, general commercial litigation, representation of credit unions and probate law.  He is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as the Alabama State Bar and is also a member of The American Bar Association's Tort and Insurance Practice Section and the Fidelity Law Association.  Mr. Greenleaf is fluent in French.
