our firm frequently assist surety companies in drafting
completion(takeover) agreements, indemnity agreements,
and other contract bond documents. After a contractor's
default on a project the firm has represented sureties
in project financing, contract negotiations, negotiation
and settlement of payment and performance bond claims
and the successful completion of projects. When negotiation
fail, we have extensive experience representing sureties
in state and federal courts as well as at arbitration.
Construction Litigation
Our firm handles all aspects of litigation surrounding
a construction project. From the complexities of Florida
Statute Chapter 713 (construction liens) to the basic
contract disputes on a project. Our team of lawyer has
years of experience in representing developers, general
contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and sureties

claims for non-payment, defective construction, delay
claims, claims involving extra work, bond claims and other
