firm represents corporate and individual clients in real
property zoning disputes, condemnation claims and awards
and ad valorem tax assessment disputes. Welbaum
Guernsey has been and continues to be involved in the
defense of products liability claims with a particularly
high volume cases in defense of asbestos related
personal injury claims. We represent corporate,
partnership and joint venture formations; shareholders
and buy/sell agreements; the negotiation and preparation
of commercial leases; and the structuring and closing
of purchases and sales of businesses and real estate.
The firm assists clients with environmental law issues
associated with land use permitting and underground tank
matters as well as representation before local, regional
and state governmental agencies. We also assist
individual clients in labor and employment matters, trusts
and estate planning as well as probate. |
