Robert Black was
born and raised in Miami, Florida. Mr. Black attended
Florida State University and graduated from the University
of Miami in 1973. He attended Cumberland School of Law
where he graduated cum laude in 1976. He is a member
of the Family Law Section and the Real Property, Probate
and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is an authorized
agent and member of Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
He has also lectured at seminars sponsored by the Florida
Bar in the area of real property. He has been practicing
in Dade Country since 1976 concentrating in the following
areas:
- Marital and Family Law: Divorce, alimony, child custody
child support,
property division and post judgment
enforcement and modification.
- Real Estate: Contract drafting and negotiation, residential
and
commercial closings for buyers and sellers,
mortgages, refinances
including third party
lenders and litigation related to the foregoing.
- Probate and Guardianship: Wills, trusts, probate (formal,
family,
summary and ancillary administration), will
contests and other probate
litigation, incompetence proceedings and
guardianship establishment
and administration for minors and adults.
- Business Law: The establishment of business entities
and
litigation involving business enterprises. |
