Michael Jay Rune, II

Michael Jay Rune, II has been a partner in the Miami, Florida based law firm of Welbaum  Guernsey since 2001. Mr Rune joined the firm in 1997. Mr. Rune’s practice has focused on construction and construction related matters, as well as, surety and fidelity litigation, and insurance law. Mr. Rune has and continues to represent owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and insurers all stages of disputes including formal proceedings in arbitration and litigation in state and federal court. He has also lectured and written on issues important to the construction industry. Mr. Rune is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubble Peer Review Rating.
