Mr. Gregory was born and raised in Miami, Florida and attended Christopher Columbus High School. He has been with the firm since 1983 and a Partner since 1988. He practices in the areas of general commercial litigation, insurance and suretyship with an emphasis in construction law. He has handled matters involving all type of construction disputes including contract issues, construction liens, insurance claims, delay claims, surety issues and condominium claims for various owners, developers, contractors, trades and suppliers. He has handled complex and multi-partied litigation in both State and Federal Court and has represented parties before administrative bodies and in arbitration proceedings. He has also argued appeals in both State and Federal Court. He has lectured locally and nationally on construction issues. Mr. Gregory is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
