Earl Welbaum was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After law school, Mr. Welbaum clerked for Chief Judge Mallory H. Horton in the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. Mr. Welbaum joined the firm in 1960 and practices commercial litigation, with an emphasis on surety, fidelity, insurance, and building construction law. He has represented numerous real estate developers, contractors, sureties and others in building construction related matters and has spoken and published extensively on building construction law.
